I enjoyed the location of the hotel, the view of the animal wall of the castle from the window of my room, the size of the room, the comfortable bed, the modern atmosphere and decoration at the hotel, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the friendly staff.

Good location and friendly staff, house keeping even left a note in my room wishing me a good stay which was a very nice touch

Car parking is a lotter, if its full after a 3 hour drive then looking for alternatives would be a real inconvenience

Location was excellent, the front desk staff were great, and the castle park view was nice.

The condition of the room was disappointing. Needs painting, one light didn't work, no USB plugs, and there was broken baseboard. That sharp corner right next to the bed is an accident waiting to happen.

"Warm welcome, clean rooms, great location."

The welcome is warm. The location is excellent. And i appreciate the Holiday Inn room set up (ironing board as standard, bottles of water, fair trade products, windows that open).
