Park Inn by Radisson, Pigeon Forge South

The room was easy to get to and parking was easy each day. It was easily accessible and shared a connecting parking lot with Golden Corral. It was a short distance from everything we wanted to see. The room was pretty nice and mostly clean which I was nervous about from reading reviews. It was completely bug free and the parking lot seemed to have cameras. I would 100% stay again.

There were a few hairs in the shower and the water pressure wasn't great. Our sing did not drain well and there were a few burn holes in our blankets. We honestly really did not care about these things as we were mainly concerned about bugs, and we saw no bugs at all and even saw they had the protectors on the mattresses. We also happened to go during some dumb car event and it was very loud. (We heard the event will be discontinued based off what happened this weekend and we dont blame the hotel for the noise of the road however it would be something to think about). One other thing i noticed is the building doesnt really look like the online photos and the pool shown online is 100% not the one on site however it was closed for the season anyways unsure if it is ever open or not!

Great location right off the parkway. This was our go-to in the 1990s when my family and I would vacation (I was a kid then), so this trip was a bit of a nostalgic one for me. It's close to most things we care about in Pigeon Forge.

The room wasn't very clean; the floors felt sticky and there was debris in the bottom of the bathtub. When we were trying to check out, my mom went back to the room for one more item and the maid chased her down shoving a tip envelope at her. I also didn't like the metal block under the bedframe; I understand its purpose but there are better solutions that aren't as loud and obtrusive.

The place was over priced, roaches and bugs, smelled and was so dirty, holes in the walls, I took a shower and I walked to the bed, my feet was sticking to the floor my feet was black had to go back in wash my feet again and hurry to put shoes on. Hair in the tub and in the sheets. It was awful.
