It was not clean at all

Location

Room was dirty, floor, sheets , bedspread …. Bathroom door would not shut, tub continually ran, mold behind headboard and on floor, mold around some baseboards and ceiling…. Ask for a room with balcony but was put on the ground floor close to office where everyone parked. People were living in some of the rooms. Couldn’t get my money back to go somewhere else!

I was extremely disappointed. No towels or washcloths in room, had to go to office to get them. Part of ceiling was tore out of bathroom exposing pipes and insulation. I was very disappointed. Pool was tiny, we didn't even bother getting in, but it did look clean. Will not stay ever again!!!

The biggest issue is both night me we stayed people was outside on the balcony making noise all night.

Close to events

Pictures do not look like the property. This place is dirty sheets mixed match and did not look clean. The floor was not cleaned or mopped. There was a man out front confronting you when checking in. He was charging at your car when you pulled in to register and yelling at people. Four police cars had to come and talk to him. The property said he was a regular out front and had mental issues. This is not good for the property to allow this. Police driving through during the day. There are a lot of people that live there permanently. That just sit and hang out, people smoking pot and coming and going all night.
