Quarto muito top

As fotos do pequeno almoço bastante diferentes, valor do quarto nao valia, muito barulho durante noite depois de um dia de trabalho muito insatisfeitos pelo incómodo, deveriam avisar cada hóspede que existem mais pessoas a redor nimguem fala de nao poder fazer o que quisere mas sim um pouco de respeito, nao voltarei sem duvida alguma, assim so irão perder clientes com estes pontos todos. O telhado esta cheio de beatas os quartos ja levava umas obras.

Não gostei de atitude de moça que é recepcionista que está no dia 11 de Fevereiro às 16h que eu encontrei lá no balcão da hotel nem se quer me deixava explicar o que eu queria ela começou mesmo a dizer não dá não posso fazer alteração eu fiquei tão mal saí de lá e fui embora só falei assim nunca mais vou fazer reserva nesse hotel perdi o meu 78 euros que paguei o voo atrasou pedi para alterar ela disse não dá para alterar e foi procurar outro sítio para dormir.
