"It was brief. Nice breakfast. Nice Staff. Tired Accomodation."

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast team were very attentive.

The room I stayed in was very dated - like it had missed two generations of updates. Towels in the bathroom were stained, so had to find more. Bed was ok but on the small side and having the Motorway right outside and no A/C was problematic on a warm evening.

Had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn! The hotel is really family-friendly, especially if you’re travelling with kids. The food was absolutely amazing with plenty of options for everyone. The reception staff were fantastic—so welcoming, helpful, and professional (especially Sophie H! ) Customer service throughout the hotel was excellent and really made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Breakfast was excellent, very good choice. Lovely staff.

The directions to hotel, we got lost and other people staying said the same. The website needs to say this hotel is part of the A55 services. The turnoffs are very close together so clearer directions.
