Unique property that's a bit off the beaten path. Only spent a night there while making my way up from Puntarenas to Guanacaste so I didn't get to see everything, but I enjoyed Hacienda La Pacifica's old-world charm. Property has been well-kept and modernized where needed. Staff was friendly and helpful service is hands-off to leave you to enjoy the property on your own.

"Beautiful !!"

The stay was amazing ! Beautiful place with the most extravagant service I received in a foreign country. The reception desk was top of the line and the restaurant staff. A great location above the city of Canas and 40 minutes away from Liberia airport. I was able to check out the Rescata La Puma which was very nice as well

Quiet place to stay, bed were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Parking outside of each room was convenient. Monkeys can be noisy in the mornings but that is the nature of monkeys. Puma cat rescue and RCR rafting within minutes. Would stay here again.

The property is nice. I expected a bit rustic and it was. Food at restaurant quite bland but staff there exceptionally nice and great service! We did have small mistakes of being given the wrong key initially to a room that was already occupied. There was a wedding onsite and a lot of noise with that. All in all happy still and good value while we needed to be close to Liberia airport but still close to nature.

"Perfect start to our trip"

We stayed at Hacienda La Pacifica for the first night of our trip before a long drive down the coast to Osa. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and the food from the restaurant was delicious! We saw many monkeys, deer and agouti around the property.
