"Great business Hotel with wonderful Staff"

- clean business hotel - professional staff with Lisa and Nina doing an excellent job at the reception - on the top floor there is a Crowne Plaza Business Loung with delicious free food - when I had an online meeting that went longer than until 10pm (closing time) the staff patiently waited until my meeting was over, much appreciated

- there could be more light in some rooms because it was a bit dark

"Nice location. Helpful staffs. Bad ACs conditions."

Nice location. Near to Haidianhuangzhuang MRT station and Xinzhongguan shopping mall. 24hrs 7/11 convenient store right side of the hotel. All the reception, lounge, cafe, house keeping staffs are very helpful.

ACs are not working. I feel very hot and sweating while sleeping at night. Even though I requested to change the room and adjust ACs temperature to the lowest. The rooms are non-smoking but could smell smoking through ACs all the time.

Housekeeping staffs were really helpful.

Lobby bar staff was no patient, even though we were calling her and standing in front of the till. Smoke smells after we are off from the elevator to the whole way our room. The hotel has NO SMOKE signs as just showing off. Staff don't care if they smoke in the room and no fire alarm in a room. Bed has sneaky sound, even my 3yr boy move.
