"The stay other than kids above my head running and thumping all night and early morning,overall the stay was great!"

The hotel was clean,stuff was nice,great location!

I requested the third floor due to people walking over my head,request wasn’t met,I got the room on the second floor and all night,early morning kids over my head.Still didn’t receive my deposit😞

The staff was always nice; My only issue was the bathroom was kind of "run down". The wall near the bathtub (behind the door) had a hole with water leaking out/The shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the pole and it was torn/The towel rack was coming out of the wall (it was really leaning!). The microwave was really old, and the Keurig was really dusty. We didn't use that,just got tea in the lobby.

Our bathroom door needs to be cutdown -- we could barely open/shut it. Otherwise, we had a nice experience with very good staff at this Holiday Inn Express.
