Good option for the area and close to all the major outlets and movie theater

The stay was great, however, there wasn’t enough towels in the room and the room smelled a bit…breakfast was just fine quite a selection of food. Staff was great very friendly. The stay overall was quite and peaceful. Would stay again but, maybe request a deep clean in the room if possible and more towels.

Excellent place to stay

The suites are huge. A living room with desk, pull out couch, another couple tables, fridge, kitchenette, the main bedroom with a sink, and finally the bathroom, toilet and shower. I absolutely enjoyed the space. The air worked well, ac was cold. 2 things I wasn’t a fan of. First thing, I pulled out the couch bed and the mattress had an awful obvious stain on it. Second thing, the locking dead latch on the main door was broken, so security is a bust, definitely did not feel as safe and secure as I should have. Breakfast was a highlight. Parking was decent, but the location kinda sucks, you’re tucked away behind a shopping center and it’s an automatic 2 minutes just to get to the main streets, maneuvering through the parking lots, busy shops and stop signs in the lot. Room 320, change out the latch and the couch bed please. 8-28-25

My wife, myself and my 17m old child decided to stay at this location as I’m traveling for business and have several months worth of work in the area. We were informed of a social gathering Monday-Wednesday where the hotel serves snacks / dinner and or wine / beer. As my child and wife was taking a nap and the social is only an hour long I decided to go down by myself and took a meal prep container with me so I could bring my daughter and wife a plate to share for when they woke up. The lady working the social stopped me as I began to create a plate and told me I’m not allowed to use my own containers. I explained my situation and she told me the social isn’t designed to take food, I could either use there plate and eat down there or not attend “her” social at all. At this time I walked away upset in disbelief how rude she was towards me. I decided to stop at the front desk to talk to the manager, after trying to explain to the manager the situation that just occurred she already had her own story placed into her head as she just got done talking to the employee working the social gathering and decided to tell me I was being rude. At this point I was fairly upset and walked away and went back to my room to avoid any conflict as the way these two employees treated me wasn’t professional at all. All in all it’s a nice hotel in a great location, but some of the employees that work here need to work on better customer service and learn how to treat the guests that stay here with respect. Both ladies, the general manager and the lady working the social needs to lose their attitude and learn how to talk to people / handle situations they are put in with a more professional approach.

The front desk could not access our assigned room keypad. We stood in the hallway for over 15 minutes. We were given another room, and the key cards didn't work there either.
