Disgusted is an understatement! Water was out Tuesday evening, into Wednesday. Couldn't flush the toilet, Couldn't shower, Couldn't even wash my hands or face. Couldn't brush my teeth. Thank God it was one night. At around 9, maybe 10 something, the little girl (respectfully) on the desk was no help and wasn't answering the phone. Not sure if she was checking the water but she just stopped answering the phone. I understand that this is not a problem caused by the hotel but at least act like you care. She was nowhere to be found and offering nothing. After witnessing her earlier that day, she was being over friendly with people. Because of this, I thought she would be of some help. Not sure if this is frustration talking. There were two ladies on the desk when myself and others left and they were clearly flustered but handling it as well as they could. They looked exhausted. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Just like the girl at the desk with her disappearing act, I will not be back. I hope she does better because it doesn't look good for the company. In addition, the building smells like mold and there are gnats everywhere.
