"Overall we enjoyed our stay & was able to be right next to family that we were traveling with."

The room was nice and I liked that it was very close to shopping and food. I liked that the bar had the option for evening food even though we did not use it this time.

The shower head could have been better and a little more lighting in the shower area. I could still see to shower, I just prefer more lighting. I also like to adjust the water pressure since I have longer hair and I wasn't able to do that, but it did have enough pressure to get the job done. Other than that, everything was great.

"Don’t stay here -they don’t take safety seriously! Dirty too!"

Booked hotel to break up a 15hr drive. It was LATE and we were exhausted. Walked into the room and the AC was off the wall, wiring exposed. Immediately went downstairs and lady said we can’t have a new room (even tho when I had booked it an hour earlier I was given NUMEROUS room choices) bc she was full and she can get maintenance bc he is “unclogging toilets”… so she came up and sat it back up. Within two mins it fell again. My spouse then put it up a second time… it lasted for an hour and fell off a third time in middle of night . Great sleep we had, huh? We were leaving early next morning and put it back up as we were walking out bc all the wires being exposed for kids to touch is UNSAFE and should’ve never been allowed to be used as a room til properly fixed. No apologies, concessions, nothing. Desk lady didn’t care. Oh, and on top of the potential safety issue, the bathroom fixtures were rusty, mold in corners, and hallways stained with what I assume bleach stains.

Even if it just for the night, skip the hotel. Phone and tv not working. The complementary water was $2. Only had 2 almost empty to rolls. Furniture was beat up. Hallway carpet worn and dirty.
