"Mexikanische Organisation des Hotels mit viel Potenzial und einer tollen Aussicht"

Die Aussicht

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Die Bezahlung des Frühstücks ist eines angeblichen 5*Hotels nicht würdig. Wir mussten 50 Minuten auf den ersten Kaffee warten, obwohl es klar war, dass wir Gäste des Hotels waren. Aber die Bedienung akzeptierte den Kassenbon nicht, den wir von der Rezeption erhalten hatten. Die Seilbahn, die zum Hotel gehört, schließt um 18:30 Uhr und verkaufte uns deswegen um 18:28 Uhr keine Tickets mehr. Fazit: Von 5*Sternen ist das Hotel sehr weit entfernt, auch wenn es viel Potenzial hat.

La habitación con vista a Taxco y la comida (el Mole Rosa muy bueno)

El buffet de la cena tiene platillos muy MUY sencillos, mejor ordenamos a la carta y estuvo mucho mejor y a la mitad del precio del buffet para 2 personas

El hotel es grande y muy bonito. Muchas amenidades. La habitación sí es cómoda. El personal es atento

No me gustó que no se puede descansar. Mucho ruido de la calle, mucho ruido de las demás habitaciones, mucho ruido por todos lados. Tampoco me gustó la ubicación, lejos del pueblo. No se puede caminar, a fuerza es en coche. La TV se veía muy mal y venden que tiene internet de alta velocidad pero ni al caso, no se tiene buen Wifi y casi no llega la señal del celular.

La piscina climatizada, excelente

Me perdi para llegar del hotel al pueblo..... tal vez hace falta mas señalización para que sea mas fácil entrar y salir entre tanta curva.
