La vista es muy linda

Nos cambiaron de habitación por un problema de cañerías, sin embargo era una doble, al dia siguiente volvi a pedir el cambio y lo autorizaron, pero creo que deberían estar mejor preparados para esos inconvenientes. Al igual el servicio se bebidas en la alberca termina muy temprano

La plazuela fuera del hotel, las tiendas y los pasillos

La piscina esta fría, las bebidas están bastante fuera de rango en precio, las almohadas son algo incomodas, el teleférico está super caro

El hotel tiene una muy buena vista

Una parte del estacionamiento esta de bajada y le dieron dos golpes a mi auto Las habitaciones estan conectadas y se oia el Ruido de la otra habitacion El precio del buffete estaria bien si ofreciera otras opciones Algunos huespedes le dicen que si hay ciertas cosas y a otros no

Es un hotel bonito, y el personal del hotel muy amable

El servicio de restaurante hacia la alberca es muy tardado y la comida podría ser mejor, y el personal que está en la alberca también podría mejorar, y en la habitación la regadera pésima, salía muy pero muy poquita agua

La comida fue muy buena así como el trato del personal.

Que el personal no tenían claros los costos del buffet, nos dieron un aproximado más no el costo real y tampoco tenían bien la información de los eventos en restaurante y alberca

La vist a nocturna de parte de la Ciudad de Taxco. El menú variado en el desayuno y la atención tan cercana al huésped.

Que no estan totalmente adaptadas sus instalaciones para personas discapacitadas.

"Nos la pasamos muy bien!!"

LA vista, los restaurantes, la ubicacion,el teleferico, la comida y la habitacion,

La maquina de monedas conmemorativas, se roba el dinero, por mal funcionameineto, nadie sabe a quien llamar, no resuelven el error y crea una sensacion de malestar por esa falta de atencion.

La vue sur Taxco au coucher de soleil est superbe, la piscine et l’esplanade avec différents jeux sont très appréciables (bien que la piscine soit assez froide)

Hôtel un peu daté dans l’ensemble, pas vraiment au niveau d’un 5*. Le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur du lieu non plus, parfois à la carte parfois en buffet. Le repas du nouvel an était une honte totale, du niveau d’une mauvaise cantine pour un prix plutôt élevé.
