Le petit déjeuner était nul . Il n’y en avait pas assez pour tous et ce n’était pas diversifié. Pas assez de tables certains étaient assis par terre.🥶

Location

No or intermittent hot water for just about our entere 4 day stay. No forewarning by hotel of the water problem. No response from hotel management to our concerns nor any offer of a refund. A/C-heating system problematic. Breakfast very sub-par with shortages of utensils and dishes. Reminded me of some 3d world hotels I stayed in 30 years ago. Really not worth the price charged. Needless to say, not going back to this place especially given several less expensive and vastly superior options in the vicinity.

No es confiable,, pague el depósito con mi tarjeta de crédito y me Stan haciendo cargos adicionales, incluso lo de la estancia que ya había pagado por Booking.

Ubicación excelente, cerca a la estación del metro; limpieza, habitación amplia, el personal de servicios generales muy amable, interesados en resolver.

La calefacción no funcionaba y debieron arreglarla varias veces, al final no funcionó muy bien; sin embargo el personal que atendía el arreglo era muy amable. A la llegada no había entrado el pago que ya había realizado y la mujer de la recepción fue bastante grosero. Después mejoró al poderlo validar, pero la molestia ya estaba..

Las habitaciones están bien de tamaño, el baño está recién reformado y es bastante grande.

Las paredes son de papel y se escucha absolutamente todo, incluyendo cada vez que alguna habitación tira de la cadena del wc.

We have stayed here previously. The location is close to our prime daily destination. The room is good but not exceptional. The breakfast is adequate; ran out of some items on a couple of days. I understand the limited space but getting to the food is challenging when there are more than 15-20 people having breakfast.

It's not so much that we didn't like the staff, but I didn't find them overly friendly. They weren't unfriendly but their demeanor could be a little better. Make the traveller feel really welcome. We paid $2000 (taxes included) for a four night stay. That is $500 a day, which is rather steep. I also don't like the fact that we have to pay more to have cancellation privileges. I understand that people randomly cancel but as we are seniors, who have a number of physical issues, we should have the option of cancelling without having to pay more up front. We are from Canada and had to deal with a $0.72 dollar.
