Die Aussenpools waren richtig cool.

Es wurde nicht gut gereinigt in den Zimmer. Wir fanden am ersten Tag ein Haarbüschel und Abfall im Zimmer. Der Service am Pool lässt das Essen lange liegen, sodass viele Vögel sich am Essen bedienen und den Poolbereich somit beschmutzen.

El hotel mundo palacio imperial de Acapulco es muy bonito y agradable, tiene varias albercas grandes, cafeteria, gimnasio , spa, bar y tiendas, tiene buenos camastros, las habitaciones son muy comodas y bien ventiladas, y se puede hacer uso de las instalaciones de los hoteles princes y pierre imperial, la pasamos muy a gusto.

El costo de los alimentos en el hotel es alto, y los camastros se ensucian mucho por los residuos de los pajaros, aunque diario los limpian, pero si en el transcurso del día quieres ocupar alguno que se haya ensuciado, el personal del hotel del area de la alberca se niega a limpiarlo, es dificil poder ocupar todos los camastros. EL club de playa se encuentra en mantenimiento.
