Very good customer service. Jefferson and Jastine were very nice and made us feel very welcomed. They were most helpful checking in and out early. Great service in rescheduling our reservation due to missing our flight. The room was beautiful and clean with a bathroom with a glass screen ( no shower curtain) We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jefferson and Jastine.

Traveling for pleasure and the room was large, very nice and clean. The front desk staff was a young man named Jefferson that was very polite and helpful and made check in very pleasant. Jefferson welcomed us and without being asked, delivered our heavy luggage to our room on the second floor. Jefferson, Freddie, and Angel really did go the extra mile – thank you. All the staff were exceptionally friendly that we came in contact with. Most definitely will return.

Very warm and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable. Jastine was very informative and attentive to all our needs. He volunteered useful information upon our arrival, and departure, and helped us figure out transportion. Interacting with him was a delight from check in to check out.
