Some of the food in the restaurants were not that great but overall pretty good!

Beach was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was nice and what we expected. Overall property was clean and nice. Our personal butler Dario was SUPER FANTASTIC! He actually make our stay more delightful.

Room Service was horrible until our last morning on the property. Prior to the last day, no one ever answered our room service calls. Refrigerator DID NOT get cold. We made several calls and visits to the front desk and still the problem was not fixed. House keeping would clean the room and did NOT leave any bath/face towels. One day they left the dirty towels on the floor. We had to make two or three calls in order to get clean towels to bathe before dinner after an excersion.

Saw 2 cockroaches. One tge first day at my friends feet in the restaurant and in the bathroom in another hotel.

Some waiters need to go to training again. Not polite in a bad mood. You can tell they are not happy working there.
