La calidad del servicio es excepcional. Las instalaciones y la comida son de primera calidad. Siempre estuvimos bien atendidos.

Everything, property is very outdated, they put you in the worst room ever. No empathy to remediate. Food is very mediocre, elevators don’t work, bars are not attended, staff almost all don’t speak English. In buffets good luck getting your drinks. Back to the rooms, our rooms had a leaking toilet, not working bathtub, shower that was moldy, safe that was not working, cabinets with falling doors, beds were twin size, extremely uncomfortable, the cleaning is non existent, minor fridge never filled up unless you call someone, room service never comes. I am currently retaining an attorney to sue the property. $8k for the trip and you come back with regrets. The assistant manager offered mere $100 recommendation!! How awful! I tried to get them remediate through booking also but they denied any wrongdoing. This property is a scam!!!

Gardens super well maintained, compact, lots of spaces to rest and lounge. Property outdoors was well maintained -- you can tell they take pride in it -- constantly staff working on the garden, painting walls, etc. The staff employees were super kind and helpful. We had a lovely butler Dario who took good care of us.

Rooms had a few little issues - no working elevators to 4th floor, tv not working, jacuzzi took 1h+ to fill halfway, room overlooking a service road with lots of trucks so couldn’t sit out and enjoy the balcony. But i'm sure there are much better room options if you get lucky or request it. Buffet got a bit boring after first two days, but i'm sure that would be the same any of these resorts/

Uneven housekeeping….

Todo excelente, divino, limpio, personal amabilísimo, animación excelente, comidas y bebidas muy buenas y shows nocturnos fantásticos. En esta oportunidad quiero destacar la amabilidad y atención de Arling, nuestro mayordomo DE LUJO. También mencionar a Richard, que fue quien nos recibió y nos asignó a Arling. No puedo dejar de destacar la atención y calidez de las chicas de limpieza (especialmente Maribel), de José el encargado del Bufet, Milagro (en el bufet) Darleni y Adrian (steakhouse), Miriam, Julio y Luis (en el Francés), India (en el Bufet y en el Francés), Digna, Indhira (estuvo asignada en varios lugres), Marisele (Bufet). GRACIAS A TODOS POR HACER TAN MARAVILLOSA NUESTRA ESTADÍA. ESPERAMOS VERLOS MUY PRONTO!!!

No puedo decir que algo no me haya gustado, excepto que algunos pícaros playeros reservan desde el día anterior camastros y tumbonas a huéspedes, por una buena propina. Lo he visto.

Resort realmente muito bom, todos os funcionários sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos. Destaque especial para o Sr Toribio que nos assessorou ao longo de toda a nossa estadia, e para o Felix e Santa que ficam no bar da praia, preparando drinks excelentes e sempre muito simpáticos e animados. A limpeza e zelo do resort também são um show a parte.

Os doces servidos no almoço e jantar não eram muito convidativos e sempre tinham a mesma base com chantilly. Não é um ponto negativo, mas é um ponto de atenção, especialmente para brasileiros, é a cultura da gorjeta. Importante levar dinheiro trocado pois todos os funcionários esperam ganhar uns gorjeta nos cafés, bares, etc.
