The suites are well equipped. Very good food, both in quality and variety. Efficient team.

Non-smoking room would be better. Heated pool would have been more enjoyable.

I love this hotel but it keeps letting me down. The staff is not listening but if they listen they do not understand what you say as they barely speak English. They won’t speak local languages either. Due to this there are too many misunderstandings. It has never been perfect but I think the hotel is on a downtrend. Too bad the hotel itself is nice.

Comfortable beds, chief sheriff, general manager Sridhar who was so helpful. Amazing wines from there own winery.

Aircon intermittent, more shampoo and conditioner for family use

The room was huge!! The staff were amazing. We arrived late with two young children. Instead of making us all wait while we did check in, they took myself and the kids to the room to settle in and go to sleep. This was really appreciated. The breakfast was also really nice. Good selection.

The only thing I can say about Bangalore in general is that, good hotels like the paul and others are so far away from the airport. But that's a city planning fault. We are just really glad the effort we made to go there paid off and we had a lovely stay. We wish had stayed longer to enjoy the area and hotel a bit more.
