Rooms were very clean, but a little dated and the outlook onto the car park no so great.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, le lit était confortable et on avait une baignoire dans la salle de bain. La connexion Wi-Fi était très correcte, le petit déjeuner bien garni. Les repas et boissons servies au restaurant étaient bons.

Nous avions une chambre juste au dessus de la ventilation donc très bruyante toute la journée. Il n'y a pas de climatiseur dans la chambre et il faisait très chaud. Nous avions juste un ventilateur. Pas de frigo non plus. L'hôtel n'est pas très moderne. Le personnel du bar et restaurant n'est pas très réactif.

Stayed here 2 nights and it was lovely. We had a large comfortable room, everything was very clean. We ate both nights in the bar and the bar service and food was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and very fresh. This is the only hotel I would stay in when I am in Kilkenny.

Warme kamer: ramen konden niet open. Kamer gelegen aan een zijstraat: geen mooi uitzicht op kasteel.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We got a room in the bridge house that was so lovely and big. Everyone tries to make your stay special. Big and super clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant serves very good food until 21:00. The bar also serves food. The breakfast is very good too! Parking is complementary and the castle is just over the road.
