It was clean with a very comfortable bed and kitchenette that allow us to cook a nice breakfast every day. It was also close to all the places that we were traveling to.

The ceilings were thin, and you could hear the footsteps of people walking directly above.

In building (4825) 2 kitchen cabinet doors were broken in the first bedroom the closet doors were off track ,and the doors to the wash room was off track, and a wood chair on the left wall was broken, and 1 busted leather Ottoman. (

The peaceful atmosphere

The atmosphere was calming along with easy accessibility to attractions for the family. The beach is a few blocks away and whatever last minute items you forgot to pack cab be purchased once you arrive or throughout your stay.

A full maintenance check should be require prior to guest stay. The toliet in the master bedroom was inaccessible for approximately 2 days for a party of 5 with 1 accessible toliet was a hassle. Maintenance support fixed the issue on Saturday 2 days after arrival and located a bar of soap and a nail in the toliet. " Maintenance support was friendly" Freezer door handle fell off on arrival, guest bathroom shower door did not close properly causing family members to lift the door to close and open. Guest bedroom closet door did not have the capability to open and close properly due to being off the track. Patio screen internal door was off the track. Exterminator is definitely needed. Roaches in the kitchen, dining area, bedrooms and patio column is infested with bugs. Water was cold on our last night day 10.
