Hotel was decent for a budget hotel. Toilet paper roll was not changed from previous guest and no new rolls were anywhere to be found

Large room . A little outdated

The room was nice and clean. Very nice. A place to have piece and sounds . Thank tou

Walls badly patched, coffee maker did not work, felt dirty.

It was very hard to find it was dirty smelly couldn’t understand the staffs English so it was very hard to communicate any thing. I asked for an extra cup they gave me a bag wow i just took it. The room had weird nasty what look like dryed up blood on the walls red stuff, have no idea what it was in the shower. Only stayed cause they wouldnt refund me

The room was not clean. The sheets had hairs still in them. There was a bandaid with blood stuck between the sheets. Terrible service. They did not want to provide extra towels.

We got there, after Disneyland at almost midnight and we were tired and the front desk took a long time to acknowledge us, and after 15 min after, because we rang for help, they came with very poor attitude and bad customer service. The only reason we stayed there was because it was last minute, we decided not to drive back, we didn’t have time to do our research. Not doing that mistake again!

The place is overly expensive and overpriced. The security is incompetent and the views were not what I expected for 330 dollars for one night.

For the price it was ok
