Always a great spot
The front desk staff was so nice and accommodating. Made checking in so easy through an e-mail and we’re able to get me in my room early. Overall an amazing experience
I liked that when we arrived the valet service came and took our luggage and told us not to worry they would deliver it to our room. Also I loved the fact that when we checked in we were offered something to drink. The room was excellent. There was no complants about our stay there it was excellent.
Too pricey
The stated square footage of our king room was comperable to most standard rooms, but seemed cramped. You had to sit on the bed to be comfortable if hanging out in your room for any length of time.
Stayed for a couple of nights with my wife while celebrating our 35th anniversary. Wonderful property close to downtown and literally across the the street from the Biltmore entrance. Staff, property and location were all perfect.
Excellent overall except for the booking and billing. I booked a room with a balcony from Expedia - the room I got did not have a balcony. I gave the front desk my card for incidentals when I checked in and I got a notice from the card that it registered the transaction- I later had to complete another form w all of my information again to complete the process.
