Great tight parking but over all a great stay clean modern style friendly front desk staff available 24hrs a day! Located right off I4 it’s convenient to local events has food and drinks onsite so no need to leave the hotel

Had a last minute booking, arrived at 2:30 am and Nicole at the front desk was friendly and accomodating and ready with my room as soon as I arrived. Could not have asked for better service I appreciate her friendliness and preparation to get me settled into my room so quickly.

I stayed at holiday in express north in Lakeland Kayla assisted me multiple times on Thanksgiving and each time still a very pleasant and polite smile and beautiful tone. This is Thanksgiving day and to experience someone working on a holiday even dealing with difficult situations and not losing her smile or making me feel like I was the issue was very nice and calming. Thank you Kayla you definitely made the stay worth it!!!

Aftrer staying at Verano Beach HIE&S, no other hotel is as good. Staff was not as friendly, breakfast options were limited, maintenance was not as good and noise level from a/c, I-4, and toilet flushing were excessively loud.

The folks there are always awesome! Kenya, Mark, and Jeremy are great people! The recently remodeled rooms are nice and always clean. It's a good location close to the interstate with a couple of restaurants just across the street.

In all fairness my stay was good. The hotel is clean with a great location. The hotel charges a $150 deposit. That’s more than the room cost. The hotel is generating cash flow through inflated deposits. A almost legal lie. Have a great day and choose wisely in your hotel selection. 4th day waiting on my deposit to come back

Parking lot is well lit and check in was smooth. The room was on the smaller side but met our needs. Beds and linens were very comfortable and the AC was nice and cool.

the hotel looks clean, we book for room for 4, there is a double bed, and a sofa bed that we need to open it ourselves, the pillow is not very comfortable, and I wake up in the mid-night because of too hot, but then can sleep again. They provide breakfast, and afterwards the kids can get a little gift which is good, but the price of the hotel is not cheap. Some furniture is little bit shabby and the the fridge didn't have freezer compartment.
