You would think at the price they’re renting these rooms that they would at least offer valet or validated parking garage. They should really ask the city to keep a quarter mile radius in each direction of their property clear of homeless people. The walk from the property to the available garage was a bit sketchy. The property itself, amenities & restaurant inside the hotel were amazing! Rooms were clean and the character of the brick building were absolutely stunning.

Great burger and nice staff! Valets were super helpful, neighborhood a little rough -- walking distance to great restaurants and Golden One Arena!

What a crap show…I booked their second highest level suite. At check-in I asked if any upgrades were available. Brett at the front desk gave me a room he said had a great view. Turns out he gave me a non-suite with a view of a parking garage and a key that didn’t work. I can back down and there was a group checking in while Brett was gone and another team member milled around messing with water bottles rather than help. After 10 mins, Alexa gave me a new key. When I got up to the room I called down to ask why this wasn’t a suite. She informed me that Brett had given away my room and didn’t even make a rate change downward. There is no manager on duty. Overall, I haven’t experienced such piss poor service and an attitude that I screwed something up - not them. Do not stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and very efficient. The rooms were nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. Valet staff was also fairly efficient but the entire valet setup is a mess due to lack of parking and traffic. We had to double park along with two other cars in order to check in. I might have preferred self parking but it was really unclear on how parking worked. Valet was $49 which also seemed pretty expensive. A parking fee of 20% the room rate just sounds crazy to me.

Very nice hotel, came here for the Jonas brothers concert at golden 1 center super close walking distance

the room was clean but the problem was the noise, the room was right next to a conference room or some kind of banquet, so couldn't sleep past 6-7am any of the days at my stay which made it very uncomfortable when trying to get any rest

There were stains on the desk and bathroom counter. I had to pay for Wi-Fi, not sure why, most hotels offer free Wi-Fi. Across the street from Cesar Chavez park, festival weekend in that park so loud, loud music for hours, the stuff on my nightstand was vibrating. The bed was really comfortable and good location for walking to sights. I think next time I’d pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Staff were all wonderful.

Incredibly clean rooms, nice decor, amazing bathroom!

Wish the windows were a bit bigger, but I suppose that is a trade off with the higher floors
