Smell. And it was right next to train tracks. And, they double-charged me.

Avoid at all costs. Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty, uncomfortable, seedy.

When I arrived there weren’t any staff members, and when someone did show up they were very unprofessional. I lost my key and couldn’t get another key the next day because there were no staff members yet again. I called the number they had posted to call many times with no answer and no one ever showed up. I will never stay here again!

The employees were all pleasant except for Tony who told me in a disrespectful phone conversation that my message left on the motel's voice-mail was "goofy" because I had read the time as 7:05p when I read that time on the television screen. I called the phone number right back to correct the time as 5:05 because the time on the screen had been Eastern Time, or 7:05.

I had to call a phone number to get assistance when I arrived because no one was present to register me. No one was at the front desk, I then was required to call the front desk circa 5 times in half an hour to get the WiFi password because no one was at the front desk to answer the phone.

Clean sheets

Beds were uncomfortable. The room was not clean. Shower curtain was dirty. There were clothes in bathroom from previous tenant. I would not recommend this motel nor will I ever stay there again.

The room and bathroom were basic and clean. 2 queen beds with extra pillows - I used one bed and it was very comfortable. Huge screen TV, microwave, mini-fridge, all fine. My room was upstairs - no elevator, but stairs were fine with me. I was on a tight budget for this trip, so I was happy with the $70++ rate and location. The property is older, so nothing fancy, just the basics, and very quiet. Other guests in my building were all on the 1st floor. Staff at the desk were helpful and polite; no maid service during my stay, nor I did expect that.

The only surprise and drawback were a dozen Box Elder bugs on the ceiling and curtains. I reported that to the front desk, and the clerk told me what they were. Harmless enough, but still undesirable; I put them down the washbowl drain.

Staff was terrible. Room was not worth the price paid. Not very clean.

We just needed a bed for the night. Staff was crabby and seemed to be inconvenienced because we arrived late. He also stated that he hates dealing with booking.com
