ZAStaff were wonderful, really helpful and happy to engage and support with anything - from printing to directions to storing bags and checking out late. The room was wonderful, it was more of a suite and the kitchen facilities were particularly useful. There is a 7-11 literally across the road. The hotel is housed in a renovated Brownstone which was stunning. The help yourself breakfast really suited me as I could could just grab a bagel and cup of milk and go back to my room
Perhaps just letting us know that there would be no cleaning daily. Not an issue just useful to know.

The shower is not in good conditions. The price is high but it seems to be the same in other places of Boston
The Inn at St. Botolph is very well located in a charming neighborhood near the Philharmonic, shops and Boylston Street. We'll happily return next time we visit Boston. Be aware, though, that the Inn could use a bit of updating and attention to cleaning. That said, the staff was friendly and helpful -- and we were very pleased with our stay.
