Hotel Vittoria

We stayed here as a family of four and had a good overall experience. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the town. The AC worked well and kept the room cool, which was much appreciated. However, the pillows were extremely flat. I woke up with neck and head pain, and even after requesting four additional pillows, they were still not supportive. The hotel doesn’t have a pool, which would have been nice, but to be fair, it’s not advertised as having one. It is partnered with Hotel Puppeto, where guests get a 10% discount. We enjoyed a relaxing beach day there. Be prepared for lots of stairs, not just at the hotel but throughout Positano. The location is great, close to a few of our favorite local restaurants. One downside was the ants on the balcony. The front staff responded quickly and sprayed them, but they returned daily. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Francesco in the dining area, he was amazing and made our mornings enjoyable. Very thankful for the hotel offering Porter service. I appreciate the porters. Overall, I would consider staying here again, but next time I may look for a hotel that’s closer to the beach and has a pool to better meet our needs

Překrásný hotel s nádherným výhledem na Positano a moře. Luxusní snídaně s výhledem na moře. Skvělý servis a personál. Hotel je hezky schovaný v uličkách. Je to opravdu zážitek.

Parkování - auto je potřeba nechat trochu výš na parkovišti za 40€. Není to nic co by se nelíbilo, ale je potřeba s tím počítat. Auto budete mít pod střechou a hlídané, takže super.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was simply stunning, beautifully designed in charming Positano style. It was very clean, cozy, and featured a large terrace with a breathtaking view of the city. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Breakfast was delightful, and we truly enjoyed starting our mornings with a view of the sea. The housekeeping service was amazing, attentive and consistent throughout our stay. It was a lovely touch to be greeted by the porter upon arrival and assisted with our luggage to the ferry upon departure. The location is also fantastic - just a short, enjoyable walk to the center along the main road with minimal stairs. We were initially concerned about not having tea and coffee facilities in the room, but honestly, we didn’t miss them. Instead, we loved sipping cappuccinos on the hotel terrace, which offered stunning views and reasonable prices, even available late into the day. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and truly deserves its 4-star rating. Highly recommended — we will fondly remember our stay here and hope to return!

The steps leading up to the property were killer but that’s just part of the charm of Positano (it’s built on a cliff)!

Hotel is with great views close to the beach. The staff is very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. Our only issue is how high on the hill it was. It literarily had 1500 steps to the beach. It was so exhausting that we preferred to stay in some days just to avoid the steps.

The staff was so lovely and helpful! The hotel was beautiful and overlooked the town. Not too far from the port/beaches.
