I honestly don’t even know where to begin. Silavadee has completely blown us away and has now become our favourite resort we’ve ever stayed at. It’s the little touches that make this place so special. The gorgeous spa-like scent throughout the resort, the luxurious toiletries, the huge fluffy towels, the beautiful rooms and the attention to detail everywhere you look. It just feels so effortlessly luxurious without ever feeling pretentious. The staff deserve a special mention. Every single person we encountered was so warm, friendly and genuinely wanted to make our stay unforgettable. We also loved the app, which made communication incredibly easy. Need a buggy? Want room service? Have a question? Just send a message and someone responds almost immediately. It made everything feel so seamless. The food was outstanding and we never had a bad meal. We also loved that Lamai Beach was only a few minutes away. We spent time at the beach but found ourselves wanting to head back to the resort because we were so excited to use our private pool and enjoy all the incredible facilities. That’s when you know you’ve picked the right place—you actually don’t want to leave the resort! Everyone in our group was absolutely blown away. The customer service, the food, the facilities and the overall atmosphere were all exceptional. Silavadee has genuinely raised the bar for us, and I think every resort we stay at from now on will be compared to this one. We will 100% be back. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a special and unforgettable holiday.

We arrived at the hotel with high expectations, but our experience was extremely disappointing. Shortly after check-in, we found a large spider in our room and a wasp nest nearby. Combined with the poor cleanliness of the room, we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. When we contacted reception, we were told that a room change would only be possible the next day and that we would have to spend the night in the same room. This was unacceptable, so we decided to leave the hotel. What disappointed us most was the lack of flexibility and consideration from the hotel, despite reporting the issue immediately. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or refund, and we lost the full amount paid for three nights that we were unable to use. We understand that insects can appear in tropical destinations, but we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had.

The facilities were beautiful, staff went above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible. Very friendly, and helpful.

Unser Aufenthalt im Silavadee Pool Spa Resort auf Koh Samui war außergewöhnlich. Das gesamte Resort bietet eine traumhafte Atmosphäre mit atemberaubendem Meerblick, wunderschönem Design und einem Service, der keine Wünsche offenlässt. Vom Empfang über die Bedienung im Restaurant, die freundlichen Buggy-Fahrer bis hin zum Spa – einfach alles war perfekt organisiert und von Herzlichkeit geprägt. Jeder Mitarbeiter begegnete uns mit einem Lächeln und großer Aufmerksamkeit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Restaurant The Height – ein absolutes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Manee und ihr Team für die wunderschöne Geburtstagsüberraschung beim Frühstück. Die liebevoll vorbereitete Torte und der Gesang haben diesen besonderen Moment unvergesslich gemacht und uns sehr berührt. Solche Gesten zeigen, mit wie viel Herz und Hingabe gearbeitet wird. Außerdem möchten wir uns herzlich bei den beiden wunderbaren Mitarbeiterinnen des Restaurants Aonny und Bee bedanken. Beide waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Wir können das Silavadee Resort und besonders das The Height Restaurant empfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, à l'écart de Lamai, au calme.La gentillesse du personnel, le confort de la chambre, le bon rapport qualité/prix des restaurants de l'hôtel.La piscine à débordement prés de la plage, superbe et calme.Le petit déjeuner, bon, mais pas excellent comme j'ai pu le lire.Le Champagne est en fait du mousseux et le homard n'est que quelques miettes dans un petit pain.La possibilité de louer un scooter sur place.

La plage privée, très jolie, mais impossible de s'y baigner à cause d'un manque de profondeur et surtout la présence de nombreux rochers et coraux.J'ai séjourné début mai 2026 dans cet hôtel.Lorsque j'ai réservé, 6 mois à l'avance, on m'a prévenu que des travaux étaient en cours et qu'ils se termineraient fin 2025.Quelques temps après, la direction m'a informé que la fin des travaux était repoussée à fin mars 2026.Et lors de mon séjour, du 6 au 12 mai, les travaux n'étaient toujours pas achevés et généraient des nuisances sonores.La mauvaise qualité des fruits au petit déjeuner, l'absence de mangue alors que l'on en trouve à tous les coins de rue.
