Bed was very comfortable and quiet area

I can't recommend this hotel. They have a problem with their room keys. They basically don't work. Staff was aware and tried to be helpful but they were constantly going to help people get into their rooms. Not very convenient. When we checked in there was no coffee in the room, I had to go get some. There was no rubber mat nor non-stick anything in the bath tub so I fell while taking a shower. There was no bath gel in the shower. We went to breakfast and the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was gone so we told the person in charge of breakfast. It was never re-filled.

This hotel needs renovations badly. I have stayed there once before several years ago and it needed renovation then but apparently this isn't happening. It is OLD, it looks OLD, it feels OLD, it's in a humid environment and you can see mold in many areas.

Old carpeting, doors peeling and cracking, fixtures that don't work, it's just OLD

I guess I didn't die, so that's a plus!!!

This location was not up to the standard I have come to love with La Quinta. The carpeting was stained in several locations, the stairwells were absolutely filthy, and all of the walls were dirty as though toddlers were let loose after playing in grease. The neighboring rooms housed guests who talked loudly into the night, and the room smelled of mold. We slept with the windows open and laid a trail of towels from the shower to the bed to keep our feet clean. I left feeling gross.
