Fairfield Inn & Suites Boise Nampa

The establishment and staff were very nice. However, our room was very cramped as there was a built-in utility closet in the hallway that enroached on the advertised 200 sq footage of our room. The room was very claustrophobic. Our view from the room was the rooftop of the entrance awning. We paid full price for the room so having a full room would have been nice. I'd stay there again but make sure we had a different room. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the breakfast was really good for the standard free breakfast. We’ve been traveling for almost 10 days and it was a welcome rest! The desk clerk was helpful and as titanium members, we were upgraded to a suite. It was nice to spread out. Best part-the shower pressure is amazing! That is most important to my husband!

Loved the facility. Wish there was weights in the fitness room.

Breakfast had limited selections.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. Their next day room clean-up was mediocre. They changed our towels, but left them messy?? They didn’t make up the bed. The towels and toilet paper were hard.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Also, I had mentioned that I have difficulty walking, and I was given a room near an entrance, which was a great help!

On Saturday, breakfast times were extended. We came to the breakfast nook 20 minutes prior to the time when it was supposed to close, and nearly all the hot foods were gone and not replenished. I was really disappointed, since we were well within the time allotment.
