Holiday Inn Salmiya’s Al Diwan is always our family’s first choice for dining, specially this season: Ramadan. The Ramadan dinner is delicious. The steak is cooked to perfection, the shrimp are superb, and the salad station is fresh and abundant. And the machboos laham? Oh my goodness, it’s delicious — a standout that keeps us coming back. The staff are incredibly friendly and continually check in to ensure everyone is having a satisfying experience without being pushy. The dining area stays neat and welcoming, even when it’s crowded, and the crew’s smiles don’t fade. Even with a full house, the team manages to keep the vibe warm and the space tidy, making sure everyone is enjoying their meal and time together as a family. I recently attended an event where outside catering services were provided, and the overall experience was very good. The setup was organized well, and the team managed the service smoothly throughout the program. Abhishek was part of the service team and was attentive and supportive during the event. His coordination helped ensure everything ran comfortably for the guests. One small suggestion would be to consider adding slightly more items during the coffee break. Otherwise, everything was handled professionally. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we appreciate the team’s efforts.

I had such a great iftar experience at Ayam Zaman! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for breaking fast with family and friends. The place felt cozy but still lively, and everything was well-prepared for iftar time. The food was honestly so satisfying. The chicken dishes were flavorful and juicy, and everything came out fresh and nicely presented. It was exactly what I was craving after a long day of fasting. The portions were generous too, so we left feeling super full and happy. Special shoutout to Adinda for the amazing service! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. She kept checking on us at the right moments and handled everything with a big smile. Her positive energy really made the whole experience even better. Overall, such a lovely iftar experience. Good food, great vibes, and excellent service from Adinda. Definitely coming back again!
