Everything! The attentive staff, beautiful rain forest, comfortable room and hot springs were all amazing.

Drinks were very expensive, small pours, with lots of ice.

Traumhaftes Gelände, sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderbare Touren für Tierbeobachtung direkt auf dem Gelände, teilweise sogar inklusive.

Gorgeous casitas & property - very private, the room was gorgeously styled and had everything we needed. Exceptional breakfast, great morning yoga (and a fresh coconut right after!). Amazing customer service as well. Thank you, we’ll be back!

A hospedagem mais incrível que já estive! sem dúvida é um dois lugares mais especiais e vivos no mundo, não apenas na Costa Rica! é pura vida total ♡ Logo de inicio foi servido um mojito delicioso, o hotel conta com 3 propriedades cada uma com sejs hóspedes e suas particularidades, no entanto, todas interligadas e com vista de tirar o fôlego para o Vulcão Arenal. O atendimento é impecável, de todos os colaboradores, sem exceção! todos extremamente cuidadosos e preocupados com os hóspedes, fiquei encantada quando vi o cuidado deles ao passaf com o carrinho de golfe entre as plantas, cuidando para nao machucar as flores e folhas. O quarto o quarto é incrível, espaçoso, moderno, funcional, limpo! cada item foi muito bem pensado e planejado, extremamente sustentável, um espetáculo a parte de tudo que já vi no Brasil e no mundo. Desde frutas típicas, a bebidas/snacks que podem ser consumidos livremente. Além disso, o quarto contava com banheiro interno e externo, foi maravilhoso tomar banho contemplando o céu 🥰 A area externa é espetacular, uma piscina privativa e climatizada para aproveitar com vista para a floresta, surpreendente! O hotel conta também com muitas atividades, participei do Yoga, mas há outras atividades, todos os dias e não possui custo adicional. Andar por todo complexo foi maravilhoso, cada trecho é especial e pensado para atender com excelência todos os hóspedes, as hot springs são incrível, quase privativas também. Meu coração e alma querem voltar em breve! Deixo aqui meus sinceros agradecimentos a todos os funcionários em especial Alonso, Kendall e Vanessa, surpreendentes! Pura vida!

We had the most incredible stay here. What made the stay so enjoyable was not the impeccable food or beautiful rooms, but the friendly, accommodating staff! We felt so pampered with no detail overlooked and the best service we’ve ever had. My husband and I have travelled the world and this was by far the most incredible service we’ve ever experienced. A special thanks to our accommodating staff including Alonzo,Raquel, Kevin, William and so many others. We will absolutely be back!
