Vriendelijk personeel, leuke en gezellige gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, uitgebreid en kwalitatief ontbijt, praktische kamers, water refill station in de lobby om je eigen waterfles of een glazen fles van het hotel zelf bij te vullen zo vaak je wil.

Kwaliteit van de hoofdkussens vonden wij minder: je hebt weliswaar keuze tussen twee kussens (een dunner en een dikker), wat top is, maar helaas zijn beide kussens niet van goede kwaliteit (zakken snel in en nogal 'bobbelig'). De kamers zijn op zich voldoende schoongemaakt, maar zouden wat extra onderhoud kunnen gebruiken: - vast tapijt helaas, met veel vlekken. - kapotte haardroger - schimmel in de hoeken en op het plafond van de douche.

Top locatie

Dat we niet te horen kregen bij het inchecken dat bij de dag van vertrek Leuven werd dicht gezet ivm wedstrijd. Dat lazen we last minute in de lift. Eindstand Leuven centrum al voor 9 uur verlaten.
