"Super Stay!"

Needed a staycation with my sister. It was wonderful. The room was lovely. We will definitely be sneaking more weekends here. Prince was great at the front desk. Very friendly and informative.

"Very noisy stay with broken equipment and poor service."

The stay was very disappointing. The hair dryer in the room was broken, and the TV had no sound at all. There was no drinking water provided in the room. Breakfast that was included could not be provided earlier than 7 AM, even though we asked in advance. The noise was unbearable — someone above our room was constantly jumping and banging on the floor and walls, even around 11 PM, making it impossible to sleep. In addition, the bathroom smelled strongly of smoke.

Broken equipment in the room: the hair dryer did not work and the TV had no sound at all. There was no drinking water provided in the room or even available at the front desk. The bathroom smelled strongly of smoke. The noise insulation is extremely poor — someone above our room was constantly jumping and banging on the floor and walls, even around 11 PM. We called the front desk but the problem was not resolved. It was impossible to sleep. There was also no iron available in the room or provided upon request.
