There needs to be more transparency about the hotel being updated slowly. We only saw pictures of the updated rooms and ours was very dated.

Excellent location friendly staff .comfortable hotel and good food .highly recommend. Staying next month as 15 minutes from airport before I fly to turkey

La struttura è accogliente. Le camere sono spaziose e insonorizzate. I teli e le asciugamani cambiate quotidianamente. Ci sono in dotazione shampoo e bagnoschiuma e phon. Ho gradito caffè e tè in camera con biscotti. Ho usufruito del ristorante per una cena ed era tutto ottimo. LA stanza è un po' demode ma pulita. Mi è piaciuto molto avere la fermata sotto l hotel che porta sia all aeroporto che al centro città

Unica pecca la moquette. Ma sta dappertutto per tenere gli ambienti caldi. La posizione è decentrata e quindi fuori a parte lo zoo non c è un gran che

Location and cleanliness. Staffs are nice and approachable.

NO wifi in the rooms not even for TV. Very very weak wifi connection in the lobby (very important for foreigners). Cleaners went inside the rooms even though we already posted the tag outside to not touch the room.

Vicinity to Zoo & the swimming pool. Even thou it isn't private swimming lessons going on. We should go on a couple holiday next time. Apart from being next to zoo & having a pool our stay was not 4*. I have plenty of experience of the working in all dept within a hotel & in the hospitality industry, this was extremely poor & I have nothing else to good to say about our stay. Still waiting on the discount to be reimbursed by your recommended hotel. 4* more like 2*

Everything was poor. The room was terrible, shower something from the 70's. Room was not ready & had to request the bathrobes & slippers which seemed like a inconvenience. Our room was supposed to be an upgrade it was disgusting. Lies about a city view. The top of a roof that had huge spot lights on directly into the room we got shoved in 224 I believe. Rather would forget the experience. False advertising about this place, must right their own good reviews under aliases. It was a dive upstairs. Bedroom carpet stained & we kept getting accused of smoking in the room. How insulting the 1st time, I said ok, we knew this. After I complained it happened a second time. What an insult!!!!!! Take it you won't help with the discount they said they took off that I have not received. Last time I recommend you or use this company.
