"Exceptional, as always"

Excellent location, very helpful staff. In particular, Kyle made it very memorable for my daughter - free shortbread for wearing a Scotland football shirt, engaged her in chat about football and the upcoming concert, red carded her for being outside at 11pm (waiting for a McFlurry delivery 😅). Kyle was an excellent representative for the hotel.

"Short and close to the airport, would not use for extended stay."

Reception, bar and pool areas were modern and clean.

Hall carpets to reception from lower level seemed to have huge water stains or something? The room was clean but tiny for a double (glad it was offered though) -they are hard to find. Bathroom had lots of water damage to door, small amounts of mold on ceiling. Body wash and shampoo but no conditioner.

"Estancia perfecta."

Habitación muy amplia, camas cómodas y muy limpio. La zona piscina con spa y jacuzzi excelente. Restaurante con personal muy atento y buena comida.
