Front of house totally unhelpful. Management totally invisible. Normally I stay at St Regis ( which was great before Marriott) but I decided to try Holiday Inn. BIG MISTAKE. Avoid. Firstly they have major problems with old building air conditioning, my bedding was damp and my clothes became damp. I reported it three times before some lady delivered a humidifier..it was the size of a refrigerator and made the sound of a jet I asked if I was supposed to sleep with that on? Response was “well you can turn it off”. The point was? Guests come become quite ill from this. They said they would move me but had no rooms, even though they suddenly had a villa miles away when they needed my room to keep wedding guests together!!!!! The breakfast team = excellent, pool guys = excellent, security ruddy awful. I would never recommend the place or want to go back but the real management came to the fore when some poor lady with issues needed help. They did absolutely nothing. Shocking All I can say is HI review yourself and be ashamed AVOID

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location right on the beach is fantastic, and the beach itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The property is lovely with plenty of open spaces, which makes it feel very relaxing. The pool is great, and the staff were extremely courteous and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place we would happily visit again.
