I recently stayed at this property, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. It is a very big property with plenty of space to explore, yet it maintains a high standard of care throughout. The food was exceptional across the board. Whether opting for the buffet or the à la carte menu, every dish was tasty and full of flavor. Breakfast, in particular, was a highlight of the stay. The accommodations were good , spacious and comfortable. Having access to a clean beach made the experience truly relaxing. What really set this place apart was the awesome service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

We went to the resort when my wife was pregnant and we found it to be very peaceful. We really enjoyed the stay there so much so that once our little one was back we went back. The place is quite kid friendly. The staff are super nice and cater to any requests you may have, like arranging a baby cot or some vegan desert etc. My wife was vegan so they specially made vegan curries and desert for her which was awesome. A special shoutout to Siya who made made sure that my wife and child's dietry needs were always taken care of.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn South Goa for 4 nights with our family, including two senior members. Overall, the property has a lot of positives, but there are areas where the experience could be improved. The lobby is truly beautiful and gives a refreshing, breezy vibe the moment you arrive, setting a great first impression. The overall hotel facilities are also quite nice — the pool, beach access, and garden areas make it a pleasant place to relax and unwind. The staff are helpful and courteous; however, there is room for improvement when it comes to anticipating guest needs and preferences. Since we stayed for multiple nights, it would have been nice if breakfast preferences were noted and remembered, rather than needing to repeat requests each day — especially when traveling with kids and senior family members. Food was an area that could definitely be better. While service was polite, the taste, delivery time, and overall quality felt quite basic — I would rate it around 2 stars. Orders, particularly at the pool, took longer than expected. The pool attendants were friendly and approachable, but there is an opportunity for them to be more proactive — for example, offering menus, suggesting items, or checking in for additional orders instead of waiting for guests to call them. Housekeeping touches were appreciated. They are flexible and took note of preferences, we only have to ask once. We wanted to thank Josefina and the young gentleman who took care of our rooms, I forgot his name unfortunately. In summary, the property itself is lovely and well-maintained, with great natural surroundings and relaxing spaces. With some improvements in food quality and more attentive, anticipatory service, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
