The extensive sunbathing decking is no longer there and hasn’t been for a considerable period owing to the rusty steel frame which now sits there for all the residents to enjoy while lying on the remaining small sunbathing area at the sea edge!!

No mini splits for the rooms, so no AC outside of the summer. Fans blowing from the AC are also very loud

AULovely sea view, from our room with large balcony. Very old school Italiano style, think over the top 70’s resort style. Walk down the steps to the water’s edge for a swim and sunbathing. Easy access to Ischica Porto area via the 182 bus which stops right outside the hotel. Get a multi day bus pass when you get off the ferry when you arrive. Don’t worry about a taxi, get the 182 bus.
The breakfast was average, the scrambled eggs and coffee terrible! We didn’t eat dinner there because the staff couldn’t/would’t provide an à la carte menu, vaguely mentioned approximate prices. We thought their set dinner menu was expensive so jumped on the 182 bus to explore Porto restaurants. Lots of stairs from road-side down to the hotel so carrying luggage difficult, particularly if you’re older.
DKUdsigten er fremragende. Værelset var i en fin størrelse - Seaside suiten. Der var en stor terrasse til. Pool området er fint. Morgenmaden var ok.
Indretningen var rodet, og der var mange mangler. Der var et skab med 20 bøjler. Vi kunne ikke pakke ud. Der var ingen hylder, så vi havde det hele i kufferten og på sofaen. Safetyboksen virkede ikke. Døren kunne ikke låses indefra, det tog 2 dage, inden det blev fikset. Der var et toilet der løb konstant, og det larmede meget. Jacuzzien udenfor kunne ikke bruges. Spaen var en stor skuffelse. Det er dårligt vedligeholdt og ligger i kælderen. Vi havde ikke lyst til at gå dermed. Generelt er hotellet noget slidt, og lever ikke op til at være 4 stjerner. Vi var generelt skuffede over standarden, og synes, at vi har betalt alt for meget for at bo der i forhold til kvaliteten. Det levede ikke op til billederne på booking.com. I øvrigt skal man vide at det ligger for enden af en blind vej, og at man skal gå op og ned ad bakker 7-800 m for at komme til Ischia Ponto og nærmeste indkøbsmulighed.
