Great service and great location

Over all is a good spot to stay for a couple of nights. Service was ok. A little old building as the whole facilities.

THe hotel is great, and the staff is really helpful

Everything was good bar from the check in service. There's quite a few stairs to the lobby desk, and the security guard/front door staff did not help myself and my two other guests with our multiple items of luggage up the stairs. Otherwise, everything else was good

Front desk very helpful and professional! Highly recommend this hotel .. quiet area ., very close to zona rosa and restaurants.

I love the hostess guy very kind and the restaurant manager too.

ENGLISH All the employees were very attentive and courteous, and made me feel like a king. The room was super clean. The only thing that I didn't like much were the long front steps, but it was not a deal breaker for me anyway. The taxi driver from the hotel who drove me to the airport gave me a hug to say goodbye. So beautiful people! ESPAÑOL Todos los empleados y empleadas fueron muy cortés y atentos; eso me hizo sentir como un rey. El cuarto estaba súper limpio. Lo único que no me gustó fueron las escaleras del frente tan largas, pero de todas formas no dañó mi experiencia. La taxista del hotel que me transportó hacia el aeropuerto me dio un abrazo para despedirse. ¡Qué gente más maravillosa!
