Building is old. Rooms are too dark with windows facing inside corridors. You can not see the street or even the sky,I felt I was in jailhouse cell. Location is bad, lots of homeless people, difficult to find and far from the center. Will never go there again

A long dark hair in the shower. I have very short hair. Also the cream in the bathroom seamed like was used before

I did not stay at the hotel, but my family of 6 members had a great experienced, welcoming atmosphere, walkable distance to important landmarks. Staff was tremendously well trained responding all questions via phone. Great services.

Great beds, great pillows and linens HUGE towels. Having a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor already in the room was a great touch.

Staff spoke little to no english, so when I had a wifi problem, I had to figure it out myself. 15 steps up to the hotel desk. I asked if the elevator went down ( to get luggage) and the staff told me it did, but it doesn't go below the hotel desk floor.
