Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Free 24-hour airport shuttle service is available to all guests. The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only. Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204. Pickup locations: - Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal) - International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle. Please note that when booking 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

I was glad there was a shuttle, but thought it came by the pickup point regularly and didn't realise I had to call. Meal was great and the room very comfy.

My debit card was taken at reception to pay, and I didnt realise there would be a $3.50 fee added for a debit card. This was on a room rate of $211.27 so quite a high percentage. I should have been advised and offered the chance to not use the paywave.

The property is conveniently located just minutes from the airport, and the complimentary airport shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off was a huge bonus. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it an ideal choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight.

The only downside was that our room, which was located downstairs near the car park, was a little noisy at times.
