The property was near the beach in Homer. The rooms were manufactured housing in a long strip. It was quiet and comfortable. We stayed one night before our trip to Kodiak. It was close to the airport and the harbor. I would recommend and go back.

"Location was perfect for our early morning fishing charter."

It was located close to the spit so that we didn't have to travel far early in the morning to catch our charter.

The room didn't have darkening shades/curtains so it was like trying to sleep during daylight.
