Gorgeous view, super clean, friendly staff. Very, very good, no frills accommodations. We will be staying here again..

Beach access involves hillside trail and maneuvering over soccer ball size rocks. This is not a problem... But I believe should be better noted in the booking information.

The view of the glaciers and the Cook Inlet is spectacular. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. The trail down to the private beach is a nice walk to the water's edge.

Well, it's Homer, so when the weather is good it is BEAUTIFUL. Fantastic views. The trail to the water was steep and not accessible for my elderly mother but quick drive to easier access off the spit. I would say rooms were not particularly fancy but clean and comfortable.

The location was awesome, easy walk to the ocean.The front desk where friendly. Was very surprised the room only had a small window on the door for air. The room had no air conditioning or a fan.(they gave us a small one when we asked) Th maids/cleaning crew was HOORIBLE. We stayed 3 nights, our room was not vacuumed or towels replaced the first night. The second night our trash was emptied, towels replaced and the bed they just threw the sheets back on it looked like my 10 year old made it (it was not tucked in on the bottom it was a mess) the floor was not swept again. They did bare minimum and the sheets where not changed of course. The front desk apologized and gave me fresh towels but the maids where already gone) this is not what I expected and it was very disappointing. you pay 200 plus a night and when you get back from the beach and the room should be welcoming again. I probably will not come back to this location
