Hotel alt schlecht unterhalten renovationsbedürftig hätte viele reparaturen nötig

The swimming pool has a beach front view which was spectacular and beautiful for the sunset. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant was great too.

The location of the resort is great, no doubt about that.

The bungalows were already quite old and worn out. Especially the bathroom need a renovation urgently. I have also attached some pictures, unfortunately I could only upload 4. Furthermore if you get a bungalow with a connection door you can hear everything from your neighbours, you can literally hear every word from their TV or from their screaming children. We did not receive a single bathtowel or sheeting which did not have stains or bleaching marks. (We were staying 11 nights). Restaurant (2,7 star on google) is very expensive compared to others and the food and service were subpar. The only thing which was good was the breakfast which is included. All in all you see that it was a beautiful resort, the service of the employees is very good and they are nice and accomodating. But everything just seems a bit too old and would need some work. The restaurant is really to put it mildly a "disgrace", for the price class I expect different service and Cousine.

Our favorite hotel in Thailand! Exotic surroundings, natural beauty, lovely rooms, and great food. Incredible beach and pool, with boat rides, hikes, and sight-seeing. Very exotic downtown area with many food and bars. We had a second honeymoon here ♥️

Breakfast could be improved, no bacon & not enough choice of fruit. The air conditioner was quite noisy in the room at night
