It was awesome and beautiful, we were able to walk around everywhere since the beach isn't too big, they are connected to the beach on both sides including being right next to the pier depending on where your room is, they had a golf cart that often would come and offer rights when walking which was incredibly convenient. We booked a rock climbing tour at the shop next to the mini mart and that was super fun. They were awesome with getting us an early check in and as late as they were able.

Not their fault because there is a sign that we didnt see but we got entirely rained out because we walked all the way to the other side.

Upon arrival, we did not get any support from the hotel staff with our luggage from our boat to their hotel lobby, it was a stormy day, and they could have been more accommodating. At a resort with 99% foreign guests, we found it frustrating that many staff members had difficulty forming complete sentences in English, which made it hard for us to communicate about our problems. Staff also did not have the best service attitude, especially when it's classified as a 4-star hotel resort. We forgot our umbrella at the restaurant, then came back later to ask them if we could get it back. The staff instantly said no because "our guy friends" already took it. I don't know why they assume that instantly when they didn't care to verify our identities or which room we were in, just rudely shooed us away because they think "our friends" already claimed it, we didn't know who they were talking about. Our room and our friends' room have been having electricity problems for 2 days in a row; the power just randomly went out, was fixed, then went out again. It was hard and took us a long time to get ready or do anything else, on the last day we had to wait for almost 2 hours for everything to get fixed. The room was also super dark, with not enough lighting when everything was working properly. We booked a villa that came with a jacuzzi, which was a selling point for us, but upon arrival, the tub was moldy and dirty, no hot water either. Breakfast was meh for the price and not a lot of options, and every day was the same dishes.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour sur Railay beach, grâce a l emplacement de l hotel parfait, à la gentillesse du personnel et à l'accueil du restaurant où nous avons passé énormément de temps (merci la pluie!) Nous avons changé de chambre pour un upgrade au 2e jour et cela sans aucune difficulté, tout le monde est très réactif.

- Le petit déjeuner est un peu limite à mon sens, par exemple mettre du Nutella a la place de cette vilaine sauce chocolat serait fort appréciable, différent type de thé, ... - nous avions besoin d'1 lit supplémentaire pour notre fils de 3 ans, facturé 1000 thai bath par nuit, alors que la chambre surclassée etait a 700 thai bath par nuit, avec 3 lits. Dommage quon ne nous l ait pas proposé desuite ! - le dernier soir nous n avions pas d eau chaude, le problème n a jamais ete réglé (avec 2 enfants de moins de 3 ans, dur dur) et pour autant on nous a facturé le laundry bag malencontreusement emmené dans nos valises, ce qui n est pas tres correct - cest indépendant de l hotel mais il y a un nombre de moustiques incroyable ! Cest à en gâcher certains moments! J ai moi meme du demander a la personne qui faisait le ménage de notre chambre de fermer la porte derriere elle car la porte restait ouverte toute la durée du ménage, donc grosse fête pour les moustiques a l intérieur ! Également au restaurant, infernal... je pense quils pourraient ajouter des dispositifs anti moustiques ici et la, pour diminuer le nombre, de la lumière bleue/des prises dans les chambres/des spray a disposition ?
