Hilton Vacation Club Polo Towers Las Vegas

While Polo Towers gets many things right, their rigid management severely disrupted our family vacation. This property charges a mandatory resort fee that explicitly covers fitness center access. However, when I took my teenage children to the gym to work out under my direct parental supervision—something they do regularly at home—staff forced my younger child to leave due to an age restriction policy. When I explained that the only alternative was sending them alone to a high-floor room with hazardous balconies, management completely refused to compromise. I spoke with the front desk, a supervisor, and the manager. Despite the gym being entirely empty, the manager lacked the flexibility to prioritize actual safety over a blanket rule. If you want to be forced to pay a resort fee for amenities, only to be handed a safety dilemma when you try to use them, look elsewhere.

The location is excellent. Close to major hotels on the strip. Also very close to the strip.

I did not like that it does not have any restaurant.
