Nos sorprendieron al darnos la Suite Presidencial, fue genial y mi esposa y yo estuvimos muy contentos, solo me hubiera gustado quedarme una noche mas para disfrutarla pero el compromiso era solo de una noche. Gracias por el detalle y seguro cuando regrese vuelvo a este hotel Saludos Luis Mtz y Esposa

"It is clear that there is a good management team. It is a well run hotel."

It is a clean and well kept hotel. It is a little dated but it seems that there have been some Reno’s, like the showers. The staff was very responsive. My room was always well cleaned. Room service was quick. The gym equipment was in good working order and the poolside was always clean. The business Center was well equipped. It is great that there is a restaurant open all day. Beware that there are a lot of walk-ins so the weekend breakfast is very busy. Expect to wait in line for a table. The hotel felt safe.

No complaints. It was an enjoyable stay overall.

The service was excellent. Love the food and room service. Unfortunately this property does not have elevators which made it difficult for us as one of our family members has a disability.

"Habitación diferente "

Me dieron una habitación diferente a la habitación premium que ofrecen en las fotografías de hoteles.com En las fotos de hoteles.com se observa un escritorio en habitación premium y esto implica más espacio y la mía no la tenía .

As an Mexican American and as someone who just came to visit after 18 years, it was a little jarring to see many security in the hotel. We arrived late one night and the gate was closed and nothing upsetting, just everything took me by surprise.
