Avantage de l'appart-hôtel avec un équipement permettant une pleine autonomie. Même si certains appareils sont usagés et au fonctionnement plutôt aléatoire : mini-TV, éclairage, moquette ... Literie propre, vaisselle un peu moins. Immeuble béton vieillot compensé par la proximité de la place Bellevue.

j'ai passé un agréable séjour de 11 nuits. la résidence est propre et j'ai aimé le calme et le transport à proximité. Si je dois revenir à Saint Etienne c'est sans aucun doute Les Palatines que je choisirai.

Hôtel bien, facile d’acces, stationnement dans la rue facile en week end. Seul point négatif une mauvaise literie qui faisait un creux au centre.

un bâtiment des années 70 dont les studios ont été mis au goût du jour. Il reste encore quelques détails à rénover dans la salle de bain. le balcon est une belle surprise
